We really enjoyed our tour today. Pickup from port was like a breeze. Our tour guide Matheus was great. Highly recommend!
This was one of the best tours I have ever done. Maya, who was our guide, was fantastic. Even before she picked us up at the cruise ship, we were texting like old friends. She was so knowledgeable, funny, and just a true joy to spend the day with. All of the admissions were arranged in advance and everything was planned out and well organized. Even with our ship letting us off an hour late, Maya was able to get everything in and nothing felt rushed. There was exactly the right amount of walking and down time while we got the history and backstory of the places we were visiting. Maya also adapted a lunch stop to got out needs. We would 100% use this company again! I travel a lot and this was one I will always remember.
Lourenceo was our guide for the day. He was excellent and took great care of us. Full of knowledge and very personable. Would recommend him to anyone coming looking for a private tour to Sintra. Also great communication and information leading up to the trip. Thanks for a great experience!
We had a wonderful tour with Lourenco. We had always wanted to visit Portugal, learn about its history, and see its beauty—and the tour did not disappoint. He was extremely knowledgeable, took us to the best spots, and even gave us great food and wine recommendations. We had a great day touring the sintra region with our guide Francisco. Easy pick up and drop off at our apartment and the tour was a good mixture of history and sight seeing for our kids ages 8, 10 and 12. The lunch spot on the ocean was really great with local seafood.
Francisco was absolutely fantastic and the tour was incredible. He was very knowledgeable, very pleasant, knew how to make sure we were all comfortable and was very accommodating. The tour itself was great and exactly what we were looking for. We travel a lot and this is by far the best tour and tour guide we had. Would book again when we come back.
We had a great time on this private tour of Sintra and Pena Palace. Sintra was absolutely beautiful, and Francis helped make the experience even more enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history, culture, and sites we visited, and he shared information in a way that was both interesting and easy to follow. He was also very patient with us as we stopped frequently to take photos! A couple things we really appreciated: - Francis was happy to help take photos and videos for us throughout the day, which allowed us to capture some great memories together. He never made us feel rushed and was very accommodating to our pace. - The tour had proactively bought us tickets to visit a palace that we wouldn't have known to buy ahead of time and thus wouldn't have been able to visit. Great planning ahead! Overall, this was a fantastic experience and a highlight of our time in Portugal. We would highly recommend both the tour and Francis to anyone visiting Lisbon.
We had a great tour to Sintra! Our guide John was excellent. He provided us with the history of Sintra, Peña Palace and Quinta da Regaleira. The tour was relaxed and never felt rushed. The restaurant recommended for lunch was terrific and had a view of the Atlantic! From the convenience of hotel pickup, to all the recommendations, our family loved the experience!
