We were four family members and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience with Gerald. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us novices. He immersed us in cutting techniques, experiencing local foods , and plating in a real chef’s kitchen! We all loved it and would definitely do it again. His wife was so sweet and an accomplished sommelier! 10 of 10!
