Our tour guide Neszar, while very nice, knew absolutely nothing about Warsaw or it's history. We found that most of what he told us was untrue. Also the tour only lasted 90 minutes and was supposed to last 2 or 2.5 hours. I wrote to Viator to complain and heard nothing back. Hopefully other tour guides are better. Very disappointing.

Perfect private tour experience!
Booked this as a private tour for our family and it was worth every penny! Having our own guide meant we could move at our own pace and ask endless questions about Warsaw's fascinating history. The legends and stories brought the Old Town to life in ways we never expected. Our guide customized the route based on our interests and gave us excellent local tips. Highly recommend going private - you get so much more out of the experience!

Cancelled at the last minute
It was canceled at the last minute. And I lost the opportunity to have booked another tour the same day
事業者からの返答
We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused by this cancellation. This situation was due to an unexpected and out of our control issue with the scheduled guide, and as soon as we were informed, we immediately contacted you and did our best to assist.
We also helped by suggesting available alternative tour options with other providers so that the day would not be completely affected.
While this is not representative of our usual operations, we take these situations very seriously and we are continuously improving our processes to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all our guests.
The refund has been processed, and we remain fully committed to providing high-quality tours and support to our customers

Nice way to explore Warsaw
Really enjoyed this walking tour. The vibe was super relaxed and the guide made it easy to follow without making it feel too serious. You just walk around the old town, hear some interesting stories and get a better understanding of the city. It didn’t feel rushed and the time went by pretty quickly. Good option if you want to explore Warsaw in a simple and enjoyable way.
