We had Moubarak as guide. He was wonderful. A local boy who knows all the routes through the valley. He will tell you lots about the fruit growing in the nature, locals who work in this region, maroccain culture, and much more. Above all, he was very kind and checking is with us multiple times. He really had the goal to give us a wonderful time. If you book this tour, you want Moubarak as your guide!

This was the best hiking tour we did in Morocco! We once walked through the middle of the gorge and climbed. Our guide took the "challenge" route with us, which was strenuous but also exciting :D there are also easier paths and the very easy one (next to the gorge, but you don't need a guide for that). I can only recommend the tour, because after the climbing action you will be rewarded with the great view of the monkey fingers at the end. Alone, I think it's too dangerous to climb through the canyon. We also booked the local lunch for 15 euros per person, which took place in the home of our guide - authentic and delicious!

We did the walk with guide Mehdi along and through the gorge and monkey fingers. The hike took three hours, with some scrambling through the gorge here and there, but otherwise doable if you are in reasonable condition. It is a particularly beautiful walk, guide Mehdi (qualified) speaks amazingly good Dutch (and a few more languages), which he learned from tourists. Really an added value, because the route is not always clear, and because Mehdi can tell a lot about the area, nature and culture. A very nice, helpful guy. In short: guide and walk are top! We had a very nice hike with Houcene and it was a really unforgettable experience. He introduced us to beautiful places in the valley, with beautiful natural landscapes that we would probably never have found alone. We also had the chance to see the canyon and do the whole loop, which was really impressive. Hiking was a bit physical for us at first, especially because we don’t often walk that long. But thanks to Houcene, everything went very well. He was able to adjust the pace, take breaks at the right time and encourage us along the way. He also explained a lot about the valley, nature and the surroundings, In the end, we managed to walk about 2.5 hours without any problems and we are very proud to have done so. The atmosphere was very pleasant and we felt safe throughout the hike. A big thank you to Houcene for his kindness

We did the 1.5h excursion with a local guide: Abdu (+212 6 04 26 51 87) and it was amazing, he is a beautiful person and very prepared and the tour was great.

Muhammad was a wonderful guide for our family! He was peaceful, knowledgeable, and even invited us back to share tea with him afterwards. I would recommend this beautiful hike with him to anyone!
