チベットの偉大な寺院の 1 つであるナムギャル僧院は、ダライ・ラマの本拠地として有名です。
ダラムシャラの町の真上、マクロード・ガンジの南西の角に位置するツグラッカン・コンプレックスは、まさにダライ・ラマ14世の公式邸宅です。 ダラムシャラは仏教寺院群で有名です。
ノルブリンカ研究所は、チベットの文化と歴史的重要性を将来の世代に伝えることに専念しています。 ノルブリンカ研究所を訪問した後、良いレストランで昼食（オプション）をとります（午後1時から午後2時まで）。昼食後はダル湖へ向かいます。
ダル湖は、その美しい景色と巡礼の中心地として有名です。ダル湖周辺は自然の楽園です。ダル湖はシヴァ神の寺院で有名です。ダル湖ではボート遊びも楽しめます。

I visited Dalai Lama abode and Temple today- Wish could see His Holiness however a appointed needs to be booked first for meeting HH.

Great driver (Rajesh) and great guide (Ashish) today. Covered all the key sites and some additional ones too. Knowledgeable, friendly and just a great day out. Dharamshala, the Dalai Lama and Tibetan culture are fantastic. Would fully recommend.
Norulingka Institute and Dalai Lama Monastery stood out as highlights. They are places of learning and reverance, instilling a sense of inspiration, joy, and peace. The surrounding scenery is breathtakingly beautiful.
The entire trip was the most quality week I got to spend that whole year. I along with my family had an amazing time, especially the morning we went to trek at triund. Overall great experience! Totally recommended.
