ピコへのこの 1 日ツアーは約 8 ～ 9 時間かかり、その間に隣接するピコ島のハイライトのほとんどを見ることができます。このツアーは、トライアングルで数日しか過ごしないが、あまりストレスを感じずにピコを訪れたいファイアルの訪問者に最適です。 ピコ、ファースト インプレッション ツアーは、フェリー送迎を含む、ファイアルの宿泊施設からピコの主要なランドマークへのすべてを含む旅行です。フェリーのスケジュールにもよりますが、ファイアルを午前 9 時頃に出発し、午後遅くに午後 7 時頃に戻ります。ランチタイムには、ピコのレクリエーション公園の 1 つで充実したピクニックをお楽しみいただけます。
ツアーは宿泊施設から始まり、そこからピコへの通路のためにオルタのフェリーターミナルに行きます。ピコでは、アトラクション間に 15 ～ 30 分のドライブがあります。ツアーの終わりに、再びフェリーに乗ってオルタに戻り、宿泊施設に降ろされます。
ファイアルのオルタからマダレナ ド ピコへのフェリー移動。フェリーは一年中運航しており、三角形の島々を結ぶ重要な役割を果たしています。
マダレナ周辺のクリアソン ヴェーリャのブドウ園は、過去 10 年間に復活した火山性ワインの本拠地です。ブドウ畑は 2004 年にユネスコの世界遺産に登録されており、小さな岩壁によって風から保護された小さな区画の火山岩でワインが直接栽培されています。
小さなポルト ド カルハウは、島にある多くの小さな港の 1 つです。ファイアルの素晴らしい景色を眺めることができ、風の強い日には火山岩に波が見事に打ち砕かれます。
ファロル デ サン マテウス灯台からは、ピコの南海岸の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。運が良ければ、クジラやイルカに出会えるかもしれません。
ラジェス ド ピコは南海岸の捕鯨活動の中心地でしたが、今日ではホエール ウォッチング ツアーを開始するための主要なポイントの 1 つです。小さな町は散歩に誘います。
Lagoa do Capitão は、ピコ山の雄大さを堪能できる多くの小さな湖の 1 つです。緑の牧草地に囲まれた湖には、豊かな野鳥が生息しています。

北海岸のサン ロケ ド ピコは、ピコ島の 2 番目の捕鯨基地です。 São Roque 周辺のゲレンデはまったく異なる特徴を持っており、すべての牛がアルプスにいるかのように感じます。
ピコの北海岸にあるカイス ド モラートは、ピコのワインメーカーのアデガス (小さなロック ハウス) が特徴です。溶岩の間にいくつかの自然のプールがあります。
ユネスコ世界遺産のブドウ畑に囲まれたマダレナは、魅力的な海岸沿いの町です。マダレナからは、ファイアルで最高の景色を眺めることができます。
フェリーでファイアルに戻り、宿泊施設に戻ります。

Andrés was a fantastic tour guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about both Faial and Pico. We had an amazing picnic lunch, tour of the island, and a very interesting wine tasting at Czar. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. We had a wonderful day trip!

What a fantastic day! Andreas was extremely knowledgeable about Pico, Faial, and the Azores in general and an enthusiastic guide. Everything went smoothly with ferries to/from Pico. We visited most areas of the island, with stops at many beautiful and interesting places, with amazing views and rich culture/history. His local perspective added so much depth to the tour. The picnic lunch was delicious and at a spot with a stunning vista! Highly recommend!

The owner and operator of this company is a kindly and generous man—a local resident on Faial Island. His wife makes yummy lunch for you and he brings plenty of water, wine and beer for the journey. The sights are beautiful if you have the sun cooperating. The UNESCO wine area is interesting too as there are only a few of these in existence. I used this gentlemen for both a tour of Faial and Pico Islands. As long as you have managed expectations (These are not Flores and Corvo) and good weather I'm sure you won't be disappointed. The trips are quite pricey for a solo traveler but one must understand that this is the cost of a private tour. I'm sure you will enjoy your time :) Happy adventuring!
