The organization of this trip was so simple and easy to tailor. We loved the interesting youre on Edifu and Phliae temples. Our tour guide (Manal) at Edifu was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Our tour in Aswan was less organized and our guide less congenial (Ahmed). And lunch was an ordeal to agree on with the guide and he kept changing and confusing us. The driver of our personal tour was Mahmoud Jad-the most pleasant, skillful and warm person could ask for. We would gladly go anywhere with him! Kudos to the tour agency who were following up each leg of the trip and very professional about our feedback. Overall a very beautiful experience!

The driver is helpfull and kind, professionnal in a way but... communication was quite hard due to his limited english. Our tour from luxor included edfu temple and 3 visits around aswan. From 9.30am to 17pm, we managed to visit edfu for 1 hour and the philea temple for 1 hour. We tried to customize the visits to do most but we couldn't manage to be understood. Hopefully we were comprehensive, but it can be very scary when your driver never made the route before, asking direction to people on the street or even while driving from car to car. Gps is not included. As a final egyptian touch, the offered drink and banana cause we also had no time to eat... has to be paid at the end.

Activity cancelled 1h30 before departure. According to the rules, if the provider cancels the activity, it is refunded 100%. I’ve been waiting more than 2 weeks for my CAD$400. And still nothing. Very disappointed with the turn of events, because I am running to get my money back when it is the company that cancelled everything! Disappointing!

We chose this tour as a one-way trip from Luxor to Aswan, combining sightseeing with transportation, and it turned out to be an economical and efficient decision. Along the way, we enjoyed views of the charming rural landscapes, and the Temple of Horus at Edfu was absolutely spectacular. These experiences alone make this tour highly worthwhile. We were particularly fortunate to have Mohamed as our driver. He played a key role in making our trip so enjoyable. When Mohamed contacted us the day before, he discussed the itinerary with us, confirmed the places we wanted to visit, and even suggested an optimal departure time. During the tour, he provided helpful tips on what to focus on at the sites we visited. Thanks to his advice, we were able to execute an ambitious plan without wasting any time. Mohamed is young, charming, and professional. The car he used was newer and more comfortable compared to standard city taxis, with a clean and pleasant interior. I highly recommend Mohamed with full confidence for anyone considering this tour!

Ammar our guide met us for the High Dam and Philae Temple visit. He gave us a lot detailed information about the history of Aswan, the High Dam and Philae Temple. He was very good humoured and made the trip very enjoyable and a day we'll never forget. The boat trip across to Philae Island was enjoyable and a beautiful place. Mohammad our driver for the entire day from Luxor, to Aswan, around all the sites we visited, and return to Luxor, also did an amazing job. We'd highly recommend this tour and hope to return again some day. Thankyou
