Yesim was our tour guide and she was super nice friendly, and helpful. We were thrilled to have her on that day

The Pamakule tour from Ephesus was excellent. I can’t say enough about our guide,Yesim. She is a true professional with very good command of the English language. She told us all about the history of the region from ancient Greek to Roman to Byzantine times. We learned about everyday life in turkey in rural farming communities of the region. At Pamakule we were able to bath and sit in the pools and take photos -she gave us all the time we wanted there-we were not rushed. We entered from a less busy gate and we walked one way through the complex (instead of doubling back) and her driver picked us up on the other side of the ruins (which is after the terraces). She offered to take photos and she knew where cute shots would be. The tour of the Hierapolos ruins was interesting but not as impressive as Ephesus except for the theater-which was amazing and set up for a free community concert the next night. On the ride there you get to see the countryside-there is a short stop for a coffee and bathroom break, and on the way back we stopped for lunch with Yesim and the driver (which whom we felt very comfortable and friendly with.) The driver was very safe and the car was spacious and clean. I give this tour 5 stars because we loved our guide and the geological terrains is like nowhere in the world! I recommend bringing bathing clothes and be aware you walk barefooted through the terraces. (it is mostly smooth).Some people were painting themselves with the soft mineral filled silt found at the bottom of the pools and enjoying the sun.

We did this tour and could not fault the promptness and knowledge of Yesim who was extremely obliging with everything we needed or wanted to do. She explained everything about the area in detail and then took us to a local place for lunch to eat the most amazing food. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is in the area.

Our tour guide was exceptionally fantastic. Very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Very attentive to our needs as we had a handicap person with us and assisted him throughout the tours. I highly recommend this tour and Umut as your tour guide.

Megale organized a wonderful private tour for my family to Pamukkale. It was wonderful we decided what time to leave what time to return. Stopped at a great restaurant. Yesim was very attentive and knowledgeable, she helped us take wonderful pictures and make the most of our time. The whole drive is very pleasant we drove past local farms and wonderful vistas. Yesim is a local who lived in the U.S. her English is perfect and her energy level and passion for her country is unrivaled.

The travertine pools and formations were spectacular, and our guide Yesim was friendly and knowledgeable. Even the long drive from Selcuk was enjoyable, chatting with Yesim about not just Pamukkale and Hierapolis but also Ephesus and their fascinating histories, plus the way of life in the towns and villages we passed through.

You simply will not find a more knowledgeable, professional, energetic, and amazing tour guide than Yeshim! It was truly OUR privilege for my husband and I to be on a private tour with her (and her husband, as our driver); we saw and learned more about Turkey/Pamukkale and its culture in our two days with her than we would have learned in ten days on our own! When we had areas of particular interest to us, she happily pivoted to accommodate anything special we wanted to see and do, including things that we NEVER would have found on our own. We truly cannot recommend Yeshim more highly; with her assistance, your trip to Pamukkale can literally be "the adventure of a lifetime!

White Glove service! Yeshim and her husband, provided us a top notch private tour from Selcuk to Pamukkale. We were picked up on time, with a lovely welcome and chilled water bottles. After a lovely chat, we were briefed about our entire tour, stops as well as timings just to be clear. It was a full day tour so we had plenty if time in hand. We started at 7:30am in morning ( highly recommend) which avoided traffic and we reached by 9:30 am. The drive was very comfortable and felt safe throughout. Yeshim, was exceptionally good in English ( we are from Australia) and took us to all the areas of Pamukkale and Herapolis pools. Her knowledge is great, she is very relaxed and honest about her feedbacks. We felt so comfortable with her all throughout, like a friend we have known for long time. Upon conversation, we realised Yeshim provides tours and travels all around Turkey, including hotel accommodations! Had we known her services before, we would have absolutely hired her for our Turkey tour. We had a small problem with our rental car ( we didnt use our rental car for this trip) and Yeshim gladly extended us tye help to speak with the firm ensuring we are safe. Highly recommend her. Megale travel is the best tour company in Turkey. Yesim and Farhat has been really great. The way they are enthusiastic in showing the Beauty of Turkey and it’s history. Yesim makes it feel as if you are actually in that time zone with her explaination. She was more like a family to us. We were a group of 6 people including my 5 year daughter and she took care of everyone. She even got a toy for her during our private tour. She also helped us get local food and money exchange. Our turkey trip couldn’t have been any better. She should be your first choice for your tour in Turkey. Best hospitality 👌🏼👌🏼
