Flight was cancelled. Alternate flight caused us to be unable to attend the scheduled tour. I contacted Viator and the tour operator to ask about the possibility of rescheduling to the next day, which showed many available times. Viator also reached out to the tour guide on our behalf but they would not reschedule us. If they had no availability, this would be logical. Trip interruption insurance will reimburse us the lost cost and the reputation of Viator remains untainted since they attempted to resolve this; however, potential customers should be aware that the tour guide will keep your money without any effort to compensate.

This is so because when there are only 24 hours left for the start of the tour, the availability is blocked by reservations, and cannot be reserved by other clients, and our guides can not work because of this reason. Estimate the time to use, depending on what you want to observe, two hours is a good amount of time to see the important places
