Our driver Bilal contacted us in advance. Communication before the meeting was very good and we knew exactly where we had to go. At the meeting point, he was very helpful and he also drove calmly from the airport to the hotel. He always answered our questions in a friendly manner. So Bilal was very confident and nice. Would do it again.
