This private day tour was a great experience from start to finish. The vehicle was clean and the ride through the Alps was stunning. Our driver was punctual, professional, and spoke excellent English, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. Visiting Eagle’s Nest and Berchtesgaden at our own pace was a real highlight. Highly recommended for those who prefer comfort and flexibility!

This “tour” was simply a taxi ride where the driver took you to 3 spots and waited for you at the car while you toured the destinations. Driver was professional and pleasant but offered absolutely no insights. Way too expensive for a cab ride. Recommend strongly that you avoid this one!!!

We would like to clarify that this tour is advertised as a private transfer service without a licensed tour guide, and it is also clearly stated that entrance tickets are not included in the price. Our driver informed us that, upon learning this at the start of the trip, you expressed disappointment and indicated you would leave a negative review. Despite this, we did our best to provide you with an excellent experience. Our professional driver, who speaks fluent English, shared local stories during the drive, made an additional detour through Salzburg to show you more of the area, and waited patiently at each stop to give you full flexibility. As a gesture of goodwill, we even upgraded your vehicle to a Mercedes-Benz V-Class at no extra charge to ensure maximum comfort. We understand that expectations vary, but we strive to be transparent in our tour descriptions and to offer a premium and flexible travel option.
