This was honestly a tour that shouldn't exist. Everything we did can easily be done on your own. So there was no value added. The fact that the itinerary wasn't followed, the tour guide was mostly disinterested and this cost over $200 didn't help.
We are sorry this tour did not live up to your expectations and we appreciate your honest feedback. Many of our guests choose our guided tour for hassle‑free arrangements, pre‑booked tickets, local insights and on‑site support, rather than planning everything independently. We understand some travellers prefer self‑exploration, which is absolutely a valid option. Regarding the itinerary, our guides do their best to stick to the planned schedule, though minor adjustments can occasionally happen due to on‑site conditions such as crowd levels or waiting times. We are disappointed to hear you felt our guide lacked engagement, this is not the standard we aim for, and we will bring this comment to our team for internal review. This is a premium guided service including tickets and professional guiding. We regret that overall value did not match what you were hoping for.
Guide Cathy spoke excellent English and was kind. The tour route was very efficient. I was satisfied because she led me to hidden photo spots that are not easily found on the internet.
The very efficient Albert guide, without fear of the crowds, guided us perfectly in Hongyadong cave, the indicated boat ride perfectly the ideal place to enjoy the ride, and reviewing the different sites to which he took us, also solved all our doubts.
We had an absolutely fantastic time on the Chongqing private illuminated night tour with Jasmine (Mu Ni Na). The tour was amazing and incredibly enlightening. Jasmine is an absolute gem of a guide, taking us to spots with the most breathtaking views for perfect photo opportunities. Each location was meticulously selected to highlight the city's magnificent skyline and lively nightlife. While strolling through the bustling streets, she enticed us with captivating tales about Chongqing's rich history and culture. The shimmering lights dancing on the surface of the Yangtze River created a truly enchanting ambiance that left a lasting impression on us. By the end of the evening, we not only saw the city's beauty but also developed a profound admiration for this remarkable place. She also took the time and effort to customize the tour to our needs since we had already explored the city a bit ourselves. We wholeheartedly recommend this tour, especially with Jasmine.
