Loved this trip! Our guide was Dere (sp?) who is a local Tenggerese and provided us a ton of information about his people, the land, the volcano, etc. Most people do the viewpoint from Penanjaken Hill, but we climbed to the crater at sunrise, and if you have a local guide you’re allowed to hike further than the other tourists (so we were the only ones at the top!). We love the idea of using the locals and supporting their community. Definitely recommend!
We booked our Surabaya Airport roundtrip transfers as well as the Bromo private sunrise tour with this company weeks before our trip. The vehicle is comfortable and well maintained. We felt safe on our ride from and to the airport. The sunrise bromo tour was excellent. Our guide was excellent- knowledgeable. He shared a lot of interesting information about history and culture. This is a well organized and customer friendly company. We will use their service again.
Well organised and great guide but weather in December is unpredictable and it rained a lot on the day. Nevertheless we had a great trip despite not seeing the picturesque view!

Since the first message they showed us that they were very helpful, kind and professional. They immediately answered our WhatsApp and in a few minutes they confirmed the tour for the day after without the need of a deposit payment. The driver was extremely punctual, nice and kind, helping us in whatever we needed. The hike to the caldera was tough but the scenery repays every sacrifice. I recommend Bromo Tour agency because you can feel the love they put into their work and they have a really professional, nice and honest staff.
