Simple, straight forward. Very respectful and hospitable. Time very well spent. Omer & Sohaib amazing service and people.
After taking a long time to answer, they cancelled the tour because, according to them, there was an error in Viator’s proposal, and the tour could not be done by a person. I accepted it without problem and they confirmed the full refund. Although I have claimed it several times on WhatsApp and through the Viator page, they have not cancelled the excursion yet and therefore I understand that the full refund is pending. I would like someone responsible for Viator to get in touch so that we can resolve this as soon as possible. I'm a regular Viator customer and this has never happened before. Thank you.
Dear Maria, Thank you for your message. First, the reservation was cancelled due to the bad weather conditions in Rabat on that day, as safety is always our priority. Regarding the participation, our private tour operates from 2 to 10 people. While it is a private experience, it is not financially possible to operate it for only one person. This requirement is clearly stated in our booking parameters. Concerning the refund, the full amount was refunded on the same day of the cancellation, and we also shared a screenshot confirmation with you. We sincerely apologize for the delayed response. Due to the low season and reduced staff, our reply time was slower than usual. We remain at your disposal and truly hope to welcome you in Rabat under better conditions. Best regards.
Sohaib is the most fun guide, 10/10 recommended! It is definitely worth the price, booking early is a good idea especially in high season.

1h30 late (without answering our many calls) for only 1 hour walk. No free tea. Waste from the day before still present when we arrived. Guide absorbed by his phone that gives little information about his city. Go straight to the marina, you will find cheaper and surely more serious.
