Perfect experience. My driver - very polite, very punctual, very caring. This was my first Japanese encounter and it was highly positive.
Very efficient means of getting from ITM airport to hotel in Kyoto. We were met after baggage claim by our driver with a sign with our name on it. He helped with our luggage and it was approximately an hour drive to our hotel. Will definitely book this again in the future.
Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived. It was a comfortable vehicle. Drive was about 45 minutes.

Communication was great with Kazu! He introduced himself the day before we were to meet which I appreciated so I could communicate with him in case our flight got delayed. It was easy to find him at the airport exit.
I didn't get the driver's name but that's okay. He had my name sign so that was really good. And he took me straight to my hotel. He was a perfect gentleman and helped me with my luggages
