The guide was amazing the tower was amazing the pick up and drop of was excellent the whole thing was the best, super informative and excellent, I would choose to come back to just this tour it was great, don’t hesitate to book, the history and culture was great,

Talk about getting a lot for your money! Our guide Shaimaa was amazing and super knowledgeable. Ahmed, our driver, was super patient, especially considering we had a 5 hour round trip to and from our hotel. Would definitely recommend! 🙌

The tour of Alexandria was truly a wonderful experience. We visited the Catacombs, Roman Theatre, St. Mark’s Church, the Citadel, and the Library, and each place was presented in a very engaging way. What really made the difference was the guide Shaimaa.. She had a very warm and natural storytelling style, turning every historical fact into an interesting story rather than a typical explanation. It was easy to listen, never overwhelming, and always engaging. Shaimaa created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, giving us time to enjoy each place without feeling rushed. You could really feel the passion and care in the way everything was explained. Our expectations were definitely exceeded – it was not only informative, but also very relaxing and enjoyable. Also, the transfer from Cairo was very well organized, smooth and comfortable, which made the whole experience even more stress‑free. Highly recommended 😊

For everything we saw in Alexandria, the day trip was worth it. We had a wonderful guide in Shaimaa. The entire tour is completely overpriced, like so much in the tourist sector in Egypt, and definitely not 'exclusive and VIP.' From the car with no drinking water to the request to pay €20 immediately the night before so that the pickup can take place in the outskirts. This could have been calculated right at the time of booking. So: Guide excellent, sights excellent, organizer unprofessional and greedy.

Bereits vor der Tour haben wir Sie darüber informiert, dass für die Abholung in der Region ein zusätzlicher Transferzuschlag anfällt. Sie haben dieser Gebühr zugestimmt. Tatsächlich betrug der Aufpreis 10 € pro Person und deckte lediglich einen Teil der zusätzlichen Transportkosten ab – ein Betrag, der oft sogar unter den tatsächlichen Kosten eines vergleichbaren privaten Transfers liegt. Bezüglich der Qualität unserer Leistungen freuen wir uns, dass Sie mit der Reiseleitung zufrieden waren. Auch Fahrer und Fahrzeug entsprechen unseren hohen Qualitätsstandards, und wir legen großen Wert auf einen professionellen Service während der gesamten Tour. Darüber hinaus haben wir mehrfach versucht, mit Ihnen in Kontakt zu treten, um offene Fragen zu klären. Leider entstand dabei der Eindruck, dass zusätzliche Leistungen erwartet wurden, ohne die dafür vorgesehenen Kosten zu übernehmen.
