Well organized, courteous and informative, a great experience all around despite 100F heat and some road closures due to fire

We had never taken a private tour before until we decided to take a tour of Sedona. We arranged to take this tour the first full day we were there to get a feel for what there was to do, ask for recommendations for restaurants from someone who really knows our tastes, get hiking recommendations from someone who could identify what we were looking for and where to park!! Bob was a good driver and arranged a full day of amazing sites and stories in and about Sedona and the area. We also went to Jerome and saw the abandoned copper mines, and the Paleo-Indian high ridge dwellings, now abandoned, called Tuzigoot Nat'l Monument. This was an excellent way to kick off our vacation. We highly recommend Bob!

I was really excited about my private tour with First Class Charter Tour, expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience, especially for the amount of money they charge. That didn’t happen. 📍 What went wrong? ❌ They arrived an hour late with zero communication. ❌ When I addressed the issue after the tour, they were dismissive and unprofessional. ❌ Instead of apologizing or offering a small goodwill gesture, they blamed me. ❌ They even suggested that because I tipped the guide, I must have been happy—completely ignoring the frustration and wasted time. 📍 What would have made it right? ✅ Owning up to their mistake. ✅ A sincere apology and better communication. ✅ A small refund or credit as a sign of goodwill. I’ve traveled a lot, and I know things don’t always go perfectly. But how a company handles mistakes says everything—and this one failed. I cannot recommend them. We loved this tour. Our guide Marc was awesome and extremely knowledgeable of the area. We got to see so many awesome places and he was very patient and accomodating to two hobbled (semi) old ladies. We had a blast and definitely recommend this tour.
