The tour was fantastic and would strongly recommend to anyone. The boat was very high quality, filled with friendly staff, varied food, and comfortable rooms. The best part was our tour guide Mahmoud. He was brilliant the whole trip, very enthusiastic, knowledgable, and engaging. He was clearly an expert in Egyptology and had a real passion for teaching about it. Mahmoud turned the experience from excellent to unforgettable, and were very grateful to of had him.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have travelled to many places around the world and have experienced many different tours with various tour guides, but I can honestly say that Michael is hands down the best tour guide I’ve ever had. That’s not a compliment I give lightly, or one I’ve ever directly said about a tour guide before. From the moment my journey began in Aswan until I arrived in Luxor, Michael’s energy was absolutely contagious. Every single day he brought an incredible level of enthusiasm, positivity, and passion that made each destination come alive. Michael’s knowledge of Egyptology was truly exceptional. Whether we were exploring Philae Temple, Kom Ombo, Edfu, Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, or the Valley of the Kings, he didn’t just tell me facts, he brought thousands of years of history to life. He connected the stories, explained the symbolism, answered every question with confidence, and made every stop more fascinating than the last. On top of that, Michael’s knowledge of modern Egypt, the surrounding areas, local culture, and everyday life added another layer to the experience that you simply can’t get from reading a guidebook. What truly separates Michael from every other guide I’ve had was his ability to elevate the entire experience. He didn’t just show me Egypt, he made me feel connected to it. His passion for his country and its history is completely genuine, and it’s impossible not to get excited when you’re with him. Every temple, every monument, and every conversation became more meaningful because of the way Michael presented it. He turned what would have already been an incredible trip into something I’ll remember for the rest of my life. Looking back, I genuinely feel blessed that Michael was the one who guided me throughout this multi-day journey. Spending several days exploring one of the greatest civilizations in history with someone as knowledgeable, passionate, and personable as Michael made all the difference. He wasn’t just my guide, he became a huge part of why this trip was so unforgettable. I would recommend this Nile Cruise to absolutely anyone, but even more than that, I would recommend requesting Michael as your guide if you have the opportunity. He is an incredible ambassador for Egypt and a true master of his craft. Out of all the tours and travel experiences I’ve had across the world, Michael is, without question, the best tour guide I’ve ever had. Egypt was spectacular and Ahmed Sliem, our guide was super knowledgeble and friendly, went out of his way to please us and really made the most out of our trip You should have a guide like him but better .. you are lucky if you get him

Aswan and Luxor company was extremely helpful. Fatma was very responsive. Our tour guide Michael made sure everything was taken care of, made us feel very safe, comfortable and went above and beyond at every turn. He even took my sunglasses to a family friend to fix them. He answered all of our questions, and was a fantastic source of information. He really made our trip something to remember. Truly five star service! ​We just completed a fantastic 3-night Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor organized by Luxor and Aswan Travel, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Everything was seamlessly coordinated, allowing us to just relax and take in the breathtaking sights of Egypt. ​The absolute highlight of our trip, however, was our private tour guide, George Edward. George was simply incredible! He looked after us like family, ensured we were comfortable at every turn, and brought Egypt’s fascinating history to life with his immense knowledge and storytelling. He went above and beyond to make our trip truly memorable. ​If you are planning a Nile cruise, we cannot recommend Luxor and Aswan Travel and especially George Edward highly enough! 10/10!

We couldn’t have asked for more! From being picked up at Cairo airport, all the way through our tour of Aswan and Luxor, we were thoroughly looked after! Our tour guide Ahmed Sliem was exceptional - thinking of everything we might need and making sure we saw all the sights we wanted to. Ahmed was very knowledgable and tailored each day to what we wanted to do. The tour guides had great local knowledge and made the whole trip totally stress free. The tour had a good mix of exploring with our guide and having free time to ourselves. The whole tour package exceeded our expectations - we had an amazing Egypt experience and would definitely recommend to others.

This was a life-changing, unforgettable tour! We had the great fortune to have Ahmed II as our Egyptologist guide. He was so well informed on the temples we went to and somehow seemed to know how much information we could retain/would be helpful to hear to provide us a very impactful overview of every sacred site we visited. We felt very safe with Ahmed and he took great care in helping us with buying our souveniers, interacting with the locals, and ensuring our every need was met. I was so touched by his friendliness, his wisdom, and his pride in Egypt and these impressive sites. Being paired with him made for a truly unforgettable experience and I couldnt recommend him enough. The next time I am in Egypt I wont hesitate to reach out to his company again.
