We booked a very last minute Nile cruise ( 4 days in advance) and it was flawless from start to finish. The company was in constant communication through what’s app making everything easy to know what was happening and when. Every tour guide we had was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely good at what they do. The transport was all on time and got you to each spot fast and efficiently. Ahmed was our final tour guide for our last tour days and he was phenomenal, our absolutely favourite. Highly recommend both Ahmed and Etro tours.

Well organized tour to discover monuments located near to Nile river. Program can be changed due to unpredictable arrival time in each dock.

I was initially skeptical about booking directly with Etro Tours because I had to make a deposit via paypal and rely soly on trust but everything turns out to be ok and the cruise and tour was good for the price paid.

Ahmed was excellent in planning our trip. He took care of all the transportation (cars/airplanes) and all the touristic destinations. He even included restaurants with a view into our busy schedule at times of sunset. I wouldn’t be able to plan it the way he did it. On a personal level, he is kind and tries to adjust the schedule according to your needs. Will definitely plan our next trip with him!

We had an amazing trip. Our guide Ahmed, made it perfect. Very friendly and professional. Always giving us options and ideas. We felt we could trust him . He went out of his way to make everything perfect.

This is my 2nd Nile cruise and I decided to go with Etro Tours. This was a very very reasonably priced tour compared to the others. But you pay for what you get. The cruise ship we were on was called Hapi 5. It wasn't the greatest ship as I assume it is a bit old now. The food was decent and plentiful. The staff on the ship were superb. Very helpful always smiling, catering to your every need. Etro tours communication on WhatsApp was very good, they answered any questions I had. I only wish I could have the full 4 day itinerary and times of the tours rather than day by day. Each tour was a different driver and tour guide. Some great some a little grumpy. I think I preferred having just 1 tour guide for the entirety who stayed on the ship with us and organised absolutely everything last visit. I had a pleasant experience overall and if you are on a budget I will recommend them as the airport pick, drivers, guides were all on time.

The whole tour is very organized and is exactly what the product page says. It covers all the major sightseeing sites along Nile from Aswan to Luxor. Entrance fee to each sites is not included, but pretty much everything else is. Our main guide Ahmed and the staff from the travel agency really made our journey smooth. They responded quickly and professionally. The driver also arrived on time. These all show that the company holds a high standard for customer service. The ship we took is a bit old, but the crews tried their best to make up for it. They treated us warm and helped me communicate with guides and drivers. Overall this is definitely a tour I would recommend for someone visiting Egypt the first time.
