Trust all the negative reviews of aviator via Tripadvisor. Booked the tour and the next day two group members got food poisoning. Contacted the trip operator right away and was told could not refund. Was not offered and other solutions or accommodations. Contacted Viator directly the next day and was told they could have exchanged the tickets for another day of if I had contacted them sooner. Very bad experience for our first trip to Mexico City. Trust the negative reviews!!

We had a wonderful day tour and it was one of the highlights of our time in Mexico City. Paula, our guide, was fantastic—knowledgeable, organized, friendly, and attentive throughout the day. Memo, our van driver, was also wonderful and made the transportation smooth and comfortable. The Xochimilco trajinera boat ride was fun and very memorable. At first, the number of vendors near the boats felt a little overwhelming and made us wonder if it might be a tourist trap. In the end, it was completely fine: the vendors were polite and not pushy or forceful, so we could simply enjoy the ride at our own pace. My favorite part of the day was the Coyoacán market area. We decided to skip the Frida Kahlo Museum and instead spent time wandering through the neighborhood, which turned out to be a great choice for us. The area was beautiful, lively, and full of local character, with plenty to see and enjoy at a relaxed pace. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we would happily recommend the tour—especially with Paula and Memo.

Great tour to see two different places. It was nice that it had option for pick up at your hotel. Tour guide was informative and well organized.

Our guide Pedro was really great. He was very personable, friendly and we loved his jokes. He was very knowledgeable which made him great at answering any questions. The group we had with us was a manageable size and a lot of fun. We had a great time.

The tour was well organized, enjoyable, and filled with great memories. We laughed, had a wonderful time, and truly enjoyed every moment. We would definitely recommend this tour group to anyone looking for a fun and memorable experience. Just a tip, bring pesos because there’s opportunities to buy things!

The trip is very good. It won't be quick. Not compelling shopping praise. Meal arrangement is also great, chili and meat must be!
