Absolutely five stars! We used this company to help book both our PR1 and PR6 hikes, and I truly do not think our hiking experience in Madeira would have been as seamless or enjoyable without their help. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They assisted us with securing our hiking tickets, coordinated changes to our start times when needed, and provided excellent local guidance throughout the entire process. They even went above and beyond by sending us alternative parking recommendations, Google Maps pins, and additional information to make getting to and from the hikes as easy as possible. Their help was especially valuable for PR1, which can be difficult to coordinate due to the limited tickets, timed entry, parking, and large tour groups. Their local knowledge helped us choose a great time to hike so we could avoid the biggest crowds and truly enjoy the incredible views and experience. What impressed me most was how responsive and willing they were to help with every question or change we had. Having someone with local knowledge who genuinely wanted to make sure everything went smoothly took so much stress out of planning these hikes. If you are traveling to Madeira and planning to hike PR1, PR6, or any of the island's trails, I highly recommend booking through this company.
