We went and stayed at the Palmas Del Mar resort in Humacao. This was my 9th trip to PR and I can't wait to go back. Must see: The El Moro Fort, the rain forrest, Old San Juan, The Don Q rum tour

They are thieves and took our money beware of description false advertising …they never took us on a tour and the owner was nasty and unprofessional n no travel advisor doesn’t give different days where the tour go n rude n nasty
Listen guys, we know that you’re upset that you’re MISTAKE is costing you. But the truth is, if we were scammers or mislead you, then your bank wouldn’t of have taken our side when you tried to process the charge back. You booked the wrong tour for the wrong date. We did everything we were supposed to and because you canceled on the spot and we’re extremely aggressive towards my staff you’re upset bc the rules are last minute cancellations get zero refund as per viator. Had you just let our guides still taken you to the locations that were scheduled for that day. You would of had actually enjoyed yourselves… but you choose to cancel as therefor you get no refund. Take you’re time to read all of the details before booking

First and foremost ma’am you are upset that you didn’t read the options and different day with options correctly… you are the only person who has booked this tour and complained about not understanding the route, I called viator directly to see if the mistake on our end and they also confirmed that you choose the NORTH tour as we showed you on your reservation. Take accountability for YOUR MISTAKE. And no one was nasty with you ma’am you were upset that you weren’t getting the response that you wanted and you lashed out and I told you to have a blessed day.
The tour great thanks to our guide Sarah! She was very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts with us as we transitioned from location to location. It was a rainy day, but she did a great job pivoting to make the day fantastic! The issue that kept this from being a five-star experience was the with the tour management. We arrived, via Uber, to the meetup location early for our 9am tour. We waited... at 8:33am, I received an introductory message from Sarah that ended with I'll see you at 11am... What?!?! Right, apparently the Wander to the West was an older tour that was being phased out and we were sent those details-the wrong details- for our tour. We paid for the Chinchorreo Three Beach and Bar Hopping tour (by the way, there was no bar hopping... we stopped by one restaurant for lunch - which was as impactful as it could have been because we had grabbed a bite to eat during our two hour wait and weren't very hungry-Sarah did bring along some Parcha drink pouches for us to enjoy along the ride).

Sarah did a nice job but the description is not accurate. You do not get to go snorkeling or see a black sand beach. Too expensive for only seeing three beaches, only getting to go in one, and getting two drinks.

The itinerary in the booking is not correct. When you click on the post and scroll down, that's not where the tour was. We ended up on an East tour. When I booked and looked at the itinerary we were supposed to go to the black sand beach. That's all I was looking foward to. However the tour guide Jazell was amazing. I reached out to Shiela and Tonya. Neither one of them have yet to contact me. All I wanted to do was to take my gf to the black sand beach for her birthday. Ruined!
Good morning after speaking with Viator, they had confirmed that the tour was selected by the customers not too sure if it’s bc of the day you booked the tour bc Fri, Sat & Sun the tours go to a different part of the island. But viator did confirm that the mistake was made on the clients end by selecting the wrong tour, our apologies

Sarah took us to beautiful beaches with delicious food and drinks available! She had great knowledge and tips to share. We had an amazing time and enjoyed seeing different towns and different parts of the island outside San Juan. The first stop had the most amazing fried food!
