Excellent experience! If it’s your first time or a repeat, you’ll love it. Price is ideal for a day trip to Douro region. Our guide, Antonio Cardoso, was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout the whole trip! It was perfectly timed so we never felt rushed going from one experience to the other. You get the full feel of Portuguese culture at each stop too. Our morning started with a visit to Casa da Santa Eufemia for a tour and tasting of port wine. Expect to see Douro from every elevation along the trip! From the top along the way to and from the region, in the midst of Douro on the boat, and along riverside via train. Capturing all your senses of Douro. In August on a Sunday the train ride was busier but you could still get a good view of Douro on the train. Antonio stopped along the way for scenic photo opportunities. We would recommend this trip if you can’t decide between driving N222 scenic route, train, or boat. You get all of that plus an awesome tour guide (ask for Antonio Cardoso)!

It was a woderful experience supported by our guide Antonio! He made a lot of efforts to make possible enjoying every single moment. Douro Valley is like a real painting and through this experience you can feel the region moving by car, train and boat and also you can taste food and wine. I’m very happy to have visited it!

Antonio was excellent - from pickup to drop off he worked with vendors to ensure the experience was everything I wanted it to be and more. The boat ride was absolutely lovely and showed the beautiful scenery of the Duoro Valley from the unrivaled river view while sipping delicious regional sparkling wine. Lunch was delicious, filling and tasty. And the winery stop was amazing - truly a grand finale, the host at Casa Santa Eufemia was extremely knowledgeable and tailored the wine tasting to my preferences while also introducing me to port wines I enjoyed more than I thought possible. Would definitely recommend.

Did a wine tasting in the Duoro Valley. Antônio our driver/guide for the day was amazing. On time, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive. I recommend the the company, tour, and certainly make sure to ask for Antônio !

I traveled with my husband and 2 daughters (ages 18 and 21). This tour option was perfect not too long. The combination of the car ride , train and boat were also a nice mix. 6 hours were perfect, anything longer would have been exhausting. Our tour guide Vitor. V and driver Miguel were awesome as well. After we returned to meeting spot we still had time to further explore Porto👍. Highly recommend this if you only have a few days in Porto.

Wonderful experience! Highly recommended. Miguel is knowledgeable, reliable, great driver, has great sense of humor... The our is organized nicely and curated for perfect Douro immersion. My favorite was boat tour! - Do not skip it! So grateful for Miguel and his guidance, as well for all the team mebers: the captain of the boat and anotheer guide - Tony who filled our trip with laughs! These are not tours or random people you meet - they are core memories of Douro!
