サンノゼ市内または空港からラ・フォルトゥナ（PM）への乗り合いシャトル

We booked a 1:30p shuttle and it was pushed back to 2:30p. Unfortunately this caused us to miss an excursion on our first day. The ride was what you’d expect but I would have hope for working seatbelts. 🤣

DO NOT BOOK !! Worst customer service ever. They rude and snippy and do not accommodate. Pick up was for 2:30pm they drove back to the airport 3 times !! To pick up guest that did not exist. Causing everyone in the shuttle to be later for there other reservations. Instead of taking accountability they blamed traffic for causing us to be 2 hours late ! When it was just their incompetence

Just wanted to say it’s my first time solo traveling in Costa Rica as a female and my first night was scary due to this shuttle. Make sure u double check where they have ur drop off location listed as because I had put my address for my Airbnb and they just had me under “la fortuna area” so when it came time to drop me off my driver didn’t have my spot listed. I showed him my Airbnb address and told him in my Waze app it was 5 mins away and if he could drop me off and he said he needed a name to put in his gps. Well I told him there’s no name since it’s an Airbnb and tried giving him the address multiple times but he insisted on using a name? It’s not a hotel or hostel idk if he knew what an Airbnb was or not but he ended up typing “home in la fortuna” in his gps and then dropping me off on a random dark road in god knows where. I get off the bus after saying this isn’t my spot and my gps is showing otherwise and he didn’t care. He literally drove off (mind u im female solo traveler) and I panicked and called my bf on FaceTime. I tried to get an uber but my signal dropped. It was actually terrifying it’s my first time in this country and I was basically left on the side of the road at night. Thankfully he came back (i assume the last couple on the bus told him to) and I told him I had no signal and I was trying to show him my Airbnbs location. Well he finally takes me there then pulls off. Doesn’t even make sure I found it or i made it in safe. Needless to say if you have an Airbnb make sure they have the address in. Idky this guy was so adamant about it needing to have a name to locate it? The trip itself was fine the whole way it was just till the very end that sucked unfortunately.

Extremely comfortable and safe transfer from SJO to hotel. Would use them again. Vehicle very comfortable and we had a short 15min stop to dress our legs which was so nice.

We had a great experience with this shuttle service! We did the shared round trip from San Jose to La Fortuna. Both drivers were very efficient and punctual. I would recommend this to anyone.

Perfect way to transfer around Costa Rica, I'm glad I booked with them. They were very responsive via Whatsapp and were prompt right at the pickup time as they said they would.

Excellent experience! Driver was on time and knew the roads well. Was definitely the way to go without a rental car. We actually booked in both directions and were very happy with both rides.

Mairon is the best! Super friendly, knowledgeable and got us there safe and sound. Highly recommend.
