We waited outside the meeting point for almost 40 minutes in 100 degrees weather. Contacted tour with no results-text and calls. There were 2 other couples waiting in the heat with us and we all left sweaty and disappointed. Contacted Viator and per their policy we had to wait 30 minutes while they tried to call the tour company every 10 minutes in order to get a refund. I've booked MANY tours with Viator and have always had an awesome experience. I'm hoping this isn't the norm for this tour company and perhaps the tour guide experienced an emergency. With that said, a message or phone call would have been appreciated. Viator said they would issue a full refund, but not for the Uber that we took.

We understand how frustrating and disappointing this was.
All affected guests received full refunds, and we attempted to reach you personally to apologize and offer to make things right, but were only able to leave a voicemail.

Great Tour in Old Town Scottsdale
My husband & I toured with Maggie the last week of May. We were a group of 11 which was a good size. Maggie was very friendly and funny! While walking between food stops, Maggie told us about many points of interest around the area. We walked at a good pace and Maggie made sure we were all comfortable. The food at every stop was ready for us and delicious! Maggie made sure we had enough time to eat, take pictures and ask questions. I highly recommend Maggie for a fun and interesting walk around the Old Town area.

OK, not great
We have done several food tours in different cities and felt this one fell a little short. The guide Heidi was lovely, but it seemed like most of the places we went to were second rate places or third rate places. The exception would be going to Cien Agave which was very nice. We know there are a lot of really nice interesting places to eat in Scottsdale and we were hoping we would get to some of those.

Great way to checkout old town Scottsdale and eat some good grub while you’re at it. Nice mix of savory, sweets, and drinks.

Fun outing on a weeknight!
James Beach was an excellent tour guide. As a local I was so impressed with all the new knowledge I gained while enjoying delish treats at the restaurants we tried.

The food tour was fun! ...
The food tour was fun! Our guide Kyle was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some nice photo opportunities along the trail. The food was good! You definitely get a good variety and plenty of it. We really enjoyed it!

Old town food tour
Our guide was very knowledgeable. He gave us several recommendations in the area while we were on the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to try local places in Old Town.
