Ricardo was our Pirate tour guide. He was very knowledgeable friendly and answered all our questions. Taught us alot about the island history. He made sure we got to try samples at our stops and all our needs were met. DEFINITELY would do it again. Watered were provided as well
You HAVEEEEEEE to ask for Captain Costa and Yellowtail for the rum tour. My husband and I went up for our honeymoon/birthday and they literally made our trip. They have other tour guides, but they make the best team! Yellowtail is hilarious and knowledgeable about the Bohemian history and the Bohemian culture. Costa is the most laid back captain and they are both amazing down to earth people. We got to experience a brewery, a winery, a cigar factory, and a rum distillery that used to be a plantation. If you want to have a great time while feeling safe book here. The views were amazing but the vibes were impeccable. Met as strangers left as famILY. Don’t hesitate and book.
The Pirate Jeep Excursion was awesome! The communication about the meeting spot was perfect. Captain Yellowtail was great- personable, knowledgeable and flexible. He customized our tour to make sure we saw new sites from our previous visit to Nassau. We had a great day exploring Nassau and buying treats!
I want to give a shout out to Captain Yellowtail!! We had so much fun learning the history of Nassau. We visited the tea store where we sampled and purchased teas that offer great health benefits. We met the owner and she was such a sweet, lovely lady. Buy the Soursop tea - offers excellent health benefits. We visited the rum distillery and the rum cake factory. It was a wonderful day, but Captain Yellowtail made a big contribution to this. Definitely recommend this excursion!!
Great day out with Captain Dark Chocolate (yes, that's his name)! Thoroughly enjoyed the information, wit, smiles and laughter on our Pirate Jeep sightseeing adventure around Nassau. Being welcomed by our Captain in his full pirate outfit, complete with hat and cutlass, was the sign of things to come. He never stopped laughing and was a bundle of informative and amusing energy. You get plenty of looks of bemusement from other visitors to the places you stop at, all of which added to the occasion. The Queens Staircase, John Watling Distillery, Graycliff Cigar Factory, Chocolatiers and Fort Charlotee, along with the various side streets and roads we took, we all great fun and very interesting. We probably drank 6-8 rum shots between us en route, sampled rum cake (and bought plenty), and god knows what else, and it kept us entertained on what was an otherwise cloudy and very humid day. Captain Dark Chocolate made the sun shine in his own way and we can highly recommend him!

Captain Yellowtail was funny and knowledgeable. We had a blast sampling all of the island’s “rum” which included craft beer, wine, chocolate, moonshine and local rum. We then ended at a small bar that had food and ice cream available and ended the day with conch fritters and delicious ice cream. Water was supplied throughout and we always felt safe with the captain. We came back to our resort and have told so many people what a great time we had.

Captain Cannon was a great tour guide! He showed us all of the great stops advertised and offered to customize our tour. He was a wealth of knowledge of the Bahamas and a great personality! It was a great way to spend a hot (and then rainy) afternoon!
