The actual Zipline experience was wonderful and so beautiful! Our guides Joshua and Conner were engaging, funny and great guys. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the front ticket office. They gave our morning slot away - even though we paid in advance and received many confirmations of reservation time. Unfortunately the delay threw off our entire day in SD. Also, we inquired about bringing water but told they supply it; but keep in mind it is not free and be prepared to spend extra money.

Did the tour with Logan & Noah. They were a riot. Made the experience so much better with their humor. My son is not easily amused and he said best experience! 10/10

Felt like work but was an experience.......................................

The lines were very very fun and our guides made the experience even better. We had the pleasure of going with our guides Connor and Logan highly suggest both of them. They are both very funny and easy to talk to. Having fun guides definitely can make or break your experience and they were both fantastic. The atmosphere is very welcoming between all of the workers. You are able to go in small groups of 4 people which makes your experience a lot more personal and exciting. The tour takes about an hour and a half and that is 100% the perfect amount of time to keep you busy! Definitely worth the money!

It was an amazing experience and well worth the money. The time just flew by and the staff was a great team to tour with!
