プノンペン〜シェムリアップタクシーアンコールワット＆リターン、2日間ツアー

Amazing trip. I would not have been able to see half of the sites on my own. Our driver John was great. Always on time and knew all of the great sites.

The 2-day trip was excellent. Our driver John arrived early each day. His English is very good. He attended to all our needs (clean rest stops, food stops, etc.). He gave us some history along the way, explained local life, and provided good recommendations for the evening. We found John to be a very safe driver. This is important because the road between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap is about 75% 2 lane. And the road is shared between cars, heavy trucks, motor bikes, tuk tuks, school kids on bicycles and the occasional dog and cow. We felt comfortable enough that we fell asleep for long stretches. Early next morning, Ben met us for the visit to the temples. Ben is very easy to like. His English is great and he is very knowledgeable. Although the sunrise behind Angkor Wat was disappointing (too cloudy), the visit was excellent. He pointed out many significant features, explained carvings, statues, and general history. We really appreciate having trustworthy and knowledgeable guides on our journey. It makes checking off this bucket list item worthwhile.

We were grateful to have Kimsung as our driver for the two day trip and would trust him with further travel. We also appreciated having the tour guide on day 2 that took us through Angkor Wat. Overall we enjoyed our time and felt safe.

For the tours of Angkor Wat and surrounding temples our assigned guide Ben was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, we are very happy to have had him. John drove us to the Phnom Kulen National Park about 90 minutes outside of Siem Reap. We had a great time! His vehicle was perfect for the trip – clean, safe, and comfortable. John was very friendly and helpful, sharing so much great information about the sights, the history, and the culture of this remarkable region. He wasn't overly chatty too, which was very nice. He's very quick to respond to texts and calls, is affordable, and an all-around great guy. Highly recommend for any of your transportation needs while in SR!
