On our short stop in Amman we did this tour to Petra and the Dead Sea. This excursion was absolutely amazing!!! Bardaghawi was our guide. He was very polite and professional, ensured that we were comfortable. The Dead Sea was absolutely my favorite part but the whole tour was definitely 10/10. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone.

We had a long drive from Oman to Petra but our tour guide was amazing. We stopped at a beautiful market for coffee and souvenirs. We arrived to Petra, he passed us on to the Petra tour guide. Perfect and so cool! I advise to get the golf cart, it’s worth it ! We then made our way ri the Dead Sea. It was so nice on a hot day. I put the clay all over me and floated in the Dead Sea. We enjoyed the pools for awhile and made our way back. I would highly recommend this tour.

It was a wonderful experience, all right with the trip, we went to Petra and the Dead Sea, the lunch was also very good. The driver Ashraf was super attentive, punctual, and did everything to make the day as amazing as it was, showed several places on the way, had Wi-Fi in the vehicle and he lent me because my mobile internet was not working.

First, after purchasing the excursion, i got a notification that we would have to pay $15 USD additional as the price had changed. Then the excursion was canceled. I had to rebook, which ended up being with the exact same company, and we had to pay $37 USD more. There is not enough time to go to Petra. We bought tickets for 50 JOD each in addition to the cost of the excursion and got to see nothing. That was the main reason that i booked this tour. I gave notice several days before that we were three women with three large suitcases and three carryons. The guide showed up with a tiny car and then was rude about it. He almost made us wait two hours for a van to arrive. We went to the first destination and while we were there a van arrived and we switched our luggage. But we were charged 60 JOD additional, and the guide, Ibrahim, was extremely grumpy and rude. One of the lunches was supposed to be included in the price, but we still had to pay additional money for food at each location.
We take all feedback seriously, but we must address the serious mischaracterization of our business as a "scam" and clarify the facts of your trip for the record. 1. Vehicle & Luggage Safety: We have submitted photos to TripAdvisor showing the luggage situation at pickup. For a group of 3 adults, you arrived with significantly more luggage than a standard sedan can physically carry. The trunk would not close, and blocking the rear view or piling hard suitcases on passengers in a sedan is a major safety violation. The 60 JOD charge was for a last-minute upgrade to a MiniVan—a much larger vehicle—which we arranged immediately to ensure your group could travel safely. You agreed to this upgrade on-site. 2. Inclusions: Your ticket explicitly states that the "Dead Sea Fees" option includes entry and lunch at the Dead Sea resort. This was provided at the 5-star Crowne Plaza Resort. The ticket also clearly lists "Meals" (breakfast or snacks at other stops) and "Petra Entry Fees" as Exclusions. We did not charge you for anything that was listed as included. 3. Third-Party Booking Fees: Any price changes or cancellations that occurred prior to the tour date were handled by the booking platform (Viator/TripAdvisor), not by us directly. We fulfilled the booking request we received. We strive for transparency. Calling a safety upgrade for excessive luggage a "scam" is unfair to our staff who worked hard to accommodate your group's needs on a busy holiday schedule.
Visiting Petra was an unforgettable journey into history and beauty. From the moment we met our driver Mr. Bader, enter through the Siq, the narrow canyon leading to the iconic Treasury, the sense of awe is overwhelming. Donkey ride to the Monastery was amazing. The intricate carvings, the vibrant colors of the sandstone, and the sheer scale of the ancient city make it a destination like no other. Every stop—from the Royal Tombs to the Monastery—offered breathtaking views and photo opportunities. What made the experience truly special was our vehicle diver Mr. Bader. He was knowledgeable, entertaining, and educated us on Jordanian history, culture, and natural beauty. The warm hospitality of the locals/Bedouin was amazing, especially Um Jawad.
