I must say this was a fun cooking experience. Cesar, Joel, and Chef Fabricio were amazing and very engaging, providing plenty of information. We went from preparing and mixing the ingredients to sitting at the table to enjoy the meal. Made the Causa and Lomo Saltado; both were incredibly amazing. Great class if you want to learn something new or sharpen your cooking skills. If you're visiting Lima, make sure to include this experience in your itinerary.

Sooooo amazing! This was more than just a cooking class. It was a wonderful way to learn the culture and make new friends. Johanna and Fabricio made everything so comfortable and easy. Truly a perfect way to end our time in Peru. If you are a foodie, a novice or expert cook, you must do this!!!
Cesar, Fabricio the chef, and Joel were all incredible, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly fun and engaging. The food turned out amazing. I would recommend everyone put this on their list of activities to do while in Peru.
