It's interesting and a nice walk. Plus we got to stop by a couple of local businesses. Erika, our guide, was very knowledgeable.
Ericka was so knowledgeable and friendly. We did this at the request of our 11 year old daughter and were skeptical. However Ericka made it so fun and informative, my husband and I throughly enjoyed ourselves as well. We liked the little bit of Pensacola history wrapped into it, and loved the exclusive upstairs experience the most. Would 10/10 recommend Ericka and do other things with her.
The guide was knowledgeable. The walk was easy. The equipment was a nice touch. We saw another tour while we were out and they didn’t have the way.
It was very fun and I want to go again and the ghosts loved me
We had so much fun exploring Pensacola through the ghost stories. The tour was engaging and interactive and Erika had a great sense of humor.
They cancelled my tour not once but twice. So i didnt get to go. Resceduled me ftom Thursay to Friday. Then didnt call me til after 5 pm on Friday evening to cancel.

Not worth the money take the trolley tour. Could not hear the first tour guide. They switched the guide 40 minutes into the tour because nobody could hear.

Guest experience and being able to clearly hear the storytelling are very important to us, and we take feedback like this seriously. Was a 2 hour tour. First 30 minutes were spent sitting at a table in Seville Quarter listening to the guide pretend that she was some sort of a paranormal investigator and then they took us to a “haunted” candy shop for samples. That was all we could handle and left the tour early. We had taken a tour with a different tour company about 10 years ago, also in Pensacola, and it was great

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made it a very fun time. I would do it again. Nice small group made it more personable.
This was so much fun for me and my family. We really enjoyed it. Just learning the history surrounding our home town that we never knew about was exciting and very fun and educational for me and my children. Mrs. Erica was amazing. We definitely want to do it again.
