Joe from Autopia Tours was extremely friendly and warm and made us totally relaxed on the bus. Enjoyed his story telling. The bus was clean and comfortable. We had a good nap in the bus before arriving at the Hot Springs. The Hot Springs were absolutely wonderful and relaxing. With so many baths, it didn’t feel crowded or cramped at all. Loved the nature. The visit to Murray’s lookout and the colourful bathing boxes were a bonus ! Everything was perfect. Thank you !

The Hot Springs was a great experience. Anthony was prompt with pick up and drop off from the very start of the tour. He was knowledgeable of Melbourne wildlife as well as history. Highly recommend this tour.

The tour company, Autopia, arrived 30 minutes late to pick us up. All 16 members of our group had to stand outside in the cold wind waiting. They explained that the delay was due to the marathon, but a 30-minute delay was simply unacceptable. We understand that unexpected events can happen, but better communication or advance notice would have been appreciated.

The Hotsprings were really nice. It was just to overcrowded and therefore always a bit loud. I decided to do the sauna with cold plunge, because nobody was doing that 😂
