Lunenberg wonderful. Peggy's cove beautiful . Both great experiences but Lunenberg my favourite place
The driver was very personable and knowledgeable about the area, but we had assumed some touring of Lunenberg. We were just dropped off and told to return on 2.5 hours. Tour was longer than advertised which was necessary and fine for us but be aware you will be gone 8 hrs
Great trip, we loved the shops in Lunenberg and the experience of Peggy’s cove. The guide was very nice! Would recommend.
Lovely trip with a friendly & knowledgeable tour guide. Both places, Lunenburg & Peggy’s Cove were worth visiting.
Our travel agent booked the excursion and once our trip was coming up, we were informed ahead of time of when and where to pick us up. The day of the trip we were picked up on time and was greeted by Nilah Shea who was outstanding throughout the day. The trip and guided tour towards the excursions made us interested to learn more about Halifax and would love to come back again! Thank you Anchor Tours!
The scenery is so beautiful. I loved the tour but would have liked a bit more time at Peggy’s Cove. Robert was an excellent tour guide.

Such an amazing experience. Our tour guide Nilah, was amazing; she was very knowledgeable and had great tips and tricks for us at each spot we went to. She took us through a few backroads so we could see the wonderful views leading up to the coast. We were given plenty of time at each location to stop, shop, sightsee, and eat. Overall, it was such a great experience, and I would recommend it anyone who is looking to explore/visit these places.
A really lovely day out. Nilah was so friendly with loads of interesting information about Halifax and the places we visited. Perfect amount of time at both Lunenburg and Peggy’s Cove and prompt service and pick ups. I really enjoyed it; thank you Nilah.
Nilah was an amazing guide who went the extra mile to make sure our group got to see as much as possible out of the tour. Appreciated the hidden gem shoutouts, positive attitude, and small group size. Wish we could’ve spent a bit more time in Peggy’s Cove, but this was known and reflected in the itinerary prior.
