Our last port stop was in Victoria, BC and we stopped to speak with pedicab driver Julie French about a tour through town . We had an amazing time on the guided historical tour as Julie is quite knowledgeable about the beautiful town and all the history. She went above and beyond with making us feel comfortable and took amazing photos of us as we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary ❤️

Having spent £11,500.00 for a cruise for my son and myself I was really looking forward to the experience, but what a disappointment , the condition of Stateroom 5062 was a disgrace. The double glazing on both the balcony door and adjoining window was 'Blown' which meant they were no longer airtight. One could hardly see out of the window it was so badly marked. Both the door and window had sections covered in MOULD. The inside of the kettle was rusty and the tv remote control was so old and worn that one could not decipher which buttons to use. The balcony was in need of an overhaul, the chairs were splattered with white emulsion. This cabin should have been sorted whilst the ship was in Southampton port. We had numerous workmen traipsing through the cabin sorting bits out around the window/door section. I was extremely worried about my son who is Asthmatic and has COPD. Due to the door/window not being sealed the mould spores could be released into the air in the cabin and trigger a severe attack. The officers seemed to think that 7 days (out of 28 day cruise) complimentary WiFI was sufficient compensation to keep me quiet. I have cruised with many different cruise lines but never experienced such dreadful cabin conditions, and the officers were not at all sympathetic, so never again with CUNARD.

What an easy way to see the beauty of Victoria, BC, learn some history and see the natural fauna for the whole family

I highly recommend Victoria pedicab we had the greatest relaxing time. We had a group of eight so we had two pedicab guides both were phenomenal.

Tour guide, Paige, was excellent!! She was professional and knowledgable. She was patient and stopped as necessary to take photos. Victoria BC is indeed a beautiful city. Highly recommend to friends and families!

Ashley did not disappoint! She was kind, funny and educated us on so much in Victoria. I am so grateful for our tour and the great time we had with her.

This pedicab excursion was a great way to tour Victoria while learning the city’s history from our driver, Alan. Alan was very knowledgeable and entertaining and he showed us the highlights of the city.

This was the only port we didn't have a excursion set up and decided to wing it. After leaving Canada customs we figured we could Uber or walk into town. We decided to get information with a pedicab and talked to Alex. This was the best decision Alex was humorous and went in to great detail explaining everything on the tour. It was a pleasant surprise and the conversations with Alex made it a fun bike ride around a beautiful city. We do plan on going back and staying a few days to enjoy it more. Alot of that had to do with Alex showing us around . Thanks again!!

Julie was very good at making our first experience in Vancouver island a fun, memorable time. Julie knew a lot of history about the area and had a vibrant, colourful energy that made our day. I highly recommend her.
