Great experience. Safety was a priority. The Captain made us feel comfortable and played some good music. Will be booking again next year.
The guides were so knowledgable, took amazing photos and made us feel so at ease while we had a great time!
What an amazing smooth experience! Our taxi driver took us the wrong direction initially where we would have missed our time frame, but the parasail organizer stayed in touch with me, asked for updates, and insured that we were able to go out on the rescheduled time so that we would not be delayed returning to our cruise ship. The team was very professional, knowledgeable, and comforting with this being my first time parasailing. My only regret is that my daughter did not request photographs or video because she was terrified initially, so I guess I'm going to have to do it again soon LOL!
It was definitely worth the money. They were very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend to families
Don't think you're up for parasailing? Well my 14 year old child, who has autism, and 76 and 79 year old in-laws did it and had the time of their lives! Max and Carolina were very kind and patient with them and made sure we all had a great time, despite the choppy water. Definitely a great way to spend an afternoon in St. Thomas.

This was the best adventure on the island. The price was right and the length of time on the water was just right. Just the views alone were worth the price. Don’t forget your water proof camera.
Captain Max and Carolina were fun and professional. Carolina did a great job capturing our photos while up in the sky. Incredible views of the Islands!
Both of the crew were professional, knowledgable, courteous, helpful, fun and, most importantly, safety-oriented. The parasailing was exceptional.
Person over the phone was very rude regarding us being late having a hard time finding the location. I guess our boat left us, so they were going to charge us $40 per person to get on another boat after spending $230. Understandable. But, considering our frustrations on finding the place as tourist he wouldn’t accommodate us and issued a refund after I agreed to pay the $40.
The first time you ever reached out to us was nearly an hour after your trip departed, because you had just arrived at the location. You were extremely rude to me over the phone yelling at me that your trip left without you, and I ended up refunding you against our policy because I didn't want your attitude to effect other guests on another trip you would have been rebooked on.
