- ピックアップ情報 : 正確なピックアップ時間とグループリンクは、ツアー前夜の8時にWhatsApp経由で送信されます。 ツアー前とツアー中はWhatsAppがメインかつ唯一のコミュニケーションチャネルですので、WhatsAppがダウンロード済みでアクティブ、動作していることを確認してください。 集荷時間は、集荷予定日・回数により変動します。 交通・物流の都合上、15～20分程度の遅れが生じる場合がございます。 何卒ご理解とご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
- RETURN TO LIMA : リマへの帰還は午後11時45分頃と想定されていますが、交通状況などの外的要因により遅れる可能性があります。 そのため、正確な到着時間を保証することはできませんので、同日のフライト予約は行わないことを強くお勧めします。 フライトの乗り遅れについては航空会社は責任を負いません。 ご理解と柔軟性をお願い申し上げます。
- ツアー期間＆柔軟性：終日アドベンチャー（17+時間）の準備をします。 これはダイナミックな経験であり、タイミングは次の理由によって異なる場合があります：交通（特にリマ）天候条件運用要因私たちは本当にあなたの柔軟性、良い態度、一日を通して忍耐に感謝します。
- 往復送迎：バランコ→ミラフローレス→サン・イシドロ（体験の選択に応じてホテル＆集合場所）経由でリマに再入国します。 特に週末は交通量が多いため、降車時間が予定より遅くなる場合があります。
- 特別日程 : 4月6日～9日のイースターウィークエンド、7月28日～30日のペルー独立記念日などの祝祭日 : 通常営業時間の1時間前にピックアップを行います。 バリェスタス諸島のアクティビティは1時間30分（全オペレーター ） 、 デューンバギー＆サンドボード（ワアカチナ）は1時間（全オペレーター）のみとなります。
- ワカチナ体験 : 砂丘バギーとサンドボードを組み合わせた2時間の体験です。 自然の砂漠の環境で行われますのでご注意ください。 砂丘の上を歩くことは体験の一部であり、肉体的にも負担がかかるため、運動能力が低下した人にはお勧めできません。
- BALLESTAS ISLAND TOUR : 他の旅行者とスピードボートでグループでシェアするツアーです。 主に観光と写真撮影のツアーで、所要時間は約2時間です。 船内ガイドは公認バイリンガルですが、体験の性質（船速、風、騒音）により、音声の明瞭度が制限される場合があります。
- 持ち物 : 日焼け止め（一年中日差しが強いです☆️ ） 、 サングラス、バンダナ（砂漠の風には大変助かります ） 、 サンドボード用のクローズドシューズ 軽い服装、暖かい気候にフィットする服装、ボートライド用の薄手のジャケット（風が吹いて少し寒くなることがあります）など、1日を快適に過ごすための必需品を持っていくことをお勧めします。 お忘れ物があっても心配ありません。途中でパラカスやワカチナでこれらのアイテムを購入するチャンスがあります
- SANDBOARDING EXPERIENCE : サンドボード体験は砂漠の自然の中で行われます。 砂丘の上を歩くことは体験の一部であり、肉体的にも負担がかかるため、運動能力が低下した個人にはお勧めできません。

Rose was our guide and she is incredible! Very attentive, cheerful, friendly, and an excellent professional. The places are wonderful and the last one at the dunes is a life experience. Edison the buggy driver is very good and attentive.
