We had a great time with our guide Aura. We really enjoyed the Geisha Coffee tasting. The staff at the shop were great, well informed and entertaining. The Geisha coffee was the best coffee we have ever had, and tasting the different strengths was eye opening. The food parings were light and perfect. The chocolate tasting, while a little less involved was still tasty.

Casco Viejo is very busy but going with a small group tour is well worth it. It is very special to see how they prepare the expensive coffee and include chocolate and sweets to enhance each type of preparation. And going to the nearby chocolate place was very fun. We liked learning about the growing process. Aura is very knowledgeable and a great driver who navigated the congested streets quite well.

Julio was a great guide and made the coffee and chocolate tour so rememberable we booked a second tour to see the monkeys and canal before our 1st tour ended. I just might become a coffee drinker! He really knows the area, history and local issues. If you have a choice, choose Julio.
