This bike tour around Casco Viejo was amazing. Stefan was an exceptional tour guide, and he was willing to continue the tour with me even with the heavy rainfall that started a few minutes into the trip. A smooth 7-mile ride through several parts of town was just what I needed on my trip here to Panama City. If you're into history, bikes, and good vibes, I highly recommend the tour.

Tip: book your tour on Sunday, then take the tour on the highway with a great view of the city and a lovely breath of fresh air.

With Stefan the experience was wonderful, super attentive, willing to do anything, very cordial, patient, and concerned for the whole group. The ride was spectacular, the path was super nice, and very safe with the guide Stefan.
We booked a tour with this company, but unfortunately no one showed up at the meeting point. After contacting them, we were told we would receive a refund. However, despite being told that the refund had already been processed, we ended up waiting 14 days to actually receive it. If we hadn’t kept following up ourselves, we honestly don’t believe the refund would have been completed. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the guide. We simply asked a question about the length of the tour, and instead of receiving a professional answer, he was incredibly rude. He told us to leave the country and made several other disrespectful remarks. This is completely unacceptable, especially towards tourists who had already experienced problems with the company. This was our first bad experience in Panama, which is very disappointing because everyone else we have met has been friendly and welcoming. We cannot recommend this company based on our experience. A company should take responsibility when things go wrong and always treat its customers with respect. Unfortunately, this company failed on both counts.

Although the circumstances were exceptional, we offered you a 50% discount and accommodated you on the full shared experience because we wanted you to enjoy your visit to Panama despite the earlier inconvenience. During the tour, our guide also made several adjustments in an effort to accommodate your requests. As this was a shared experience with other guests, these changes required modifications to the planned itinerary, including shortening parts of the experience and omitting one of our regular stops at the Seafood Market so that the tour could finish earlier. We always try to balance the needs of every guest while respecting the experience of the entire group. Regarding your comments about our guide, we take professionalism very seriously. After reviewing the situation internally and the communications we have on record, we do not believe the events unfolded exactly as described in your review. We remain committed to treating every guest with courtesy and respect, even when unexpected situations arise. Our goal has always been to find fair solutions. In your case, we provided a substantial discount, honored the complete experience, and made operational adjustments in an effort to ensure you could still enjoy your time in Panama. Great tour for first time visitors to experience a bit of Panama City, especially the Casco Viejo area. Route is mostly flat and easy for riders of all abilities. Our guide, Stefan, was friendly and knowledgeable. Bikes are basic but in good condition.
