バルセロナのパエリアとタパスの料理教室

This class was "outstanding". We thoroughly enjoyed the instructor, who made the class fun and enjoyable. We learned a lot and this made the four of us want to try this receipt at home. By the way, the drinks were on them!

The tour of the market was fun and informative. Preparing the food was very memorable. Our Chef also explained the food from different regions of Spain along samples of the food. This experience was worth every penny... Very highly recommended!

Despite the rain, we spent a very pleasant evening as we visited the boqueria and cooked a giant seafood paella with a group of strangers. 24 people took turns chopping, peeling, measuring and stirring, not to mention eating. The appetizers were delicious and the sangria was plentiful. The chef walked us through everything, step by step, while providing colourful background information. This was an excellent way to spend an evening in Barcelona. (Catered to 6 vegetarians by making a separate paella for them.)
