The experience was...
The experience was pleasant and the ride smooth. The only extra comment is that I wish the driver would have help the older passenger with their bag as it was a long walk to the car.

Skip Elife, other companies better
Company has poor customer service. They arrived at my destination address (not the Orly airport where I needed them) and then blamed me for the mixup and refused to refund. They refused to look at the proof of correct booking that I had and then played games on trip advisor when I tried to resolve. Use a different company as this one, Elife, is unreliable and not an honest good faith company. I asked them for an email address so I could send the proof that the error was not mine and they refused. They behave like an insurance company.
