So I’ve use viator plenty times before in the past with no problems, this last recent booking I done has me not ever wanting to use them a again… had a family trip booked for 22 people contacted viator paid for two round trip private shuttle vans to pic up and drop us back to and from hotel/ airport.. well on arrival only one van came called for canons one was told there was a error after we paid full amount in advance and there was no other vehicle able to pick up the second half of our crew! Left us to having to find another company that was available and had to pay again for transportation the was already paid for. So I requested a refund of course that took a few days. Now they are doing charge backs on my account like they provided me full services and did not

Look the round trip transport, transport e life limo picked us up at the airport on the 10th. On the 13th was unable to get the driver to confirm a pickup time. A life limo stated that they had conflicts and wouldn't be able to get the driver to my location for an appropriate pickup time for me to make my flight. I worked with Viator and ELife customer service and neither were able to come up with a solution to get me picked up and transported to airport my flight on time. I had to cancel this transport and reschedule a lift to get me to my flight on time. I would not RECOMMEND Elite Limo (Raphael, Aditya) and Driver Chap Hu and Viator for any of your trips.

The driver be stayed in touch and was a safe driver which was very important in this traffic. He was on time and offered goodies to drink and eat. He was very polite and had a clean care!

Pickup from airport was excellent. However I asked driver who was taking us to the airport why so early 7:14 flight and a 4:40 pick up. Twice I asked him, he said it was necessary. We waited 1:45 minutes at the gate. We will not use this service again. Elizabeth Dorn

My plane was delayed. That meant that I would be late to arrive at my point of pick up. I was worried that the driver might leave before I arrived at the airport collection site. However I was supported by text messages and phone calls - so I knew that my driver was waiting for me which was very reassuring.

Terrible experience. Booked this for safety and security of getting back and forth from airport in Chicago for a girls trip with my daughter and granddaughter. The driver cancelled our trip as we were landing at OHaire. He had all flight info and stated I was not responding to his texts as we were still in air. Had to wait and after a lot of confusion had another driver pick us up. We had to find our own transportation back to airport the beginning of the week to go home as he stated reservation was cancelled then at last minute driver was looking for us after we had already made other arrangements at our expense. Not good service at all.
