Very nice and efficient driver! Know his city and answered all our questions. Very important to us was the easy communication with just as we landed and until in his very clean car!

Zeke was kind enough to wait for as we rushed to catch a conveniently timed shuttle from Chicago O'Hare to Sheraton Chicago O'Hare airport, and he was very helpful to us. Also Louis was helpful during checkin and tried to fix my phone issues (caused by my global roaming package not arriving until the next day!)....Excellent room and breakfasts at the Hotel too. Excellent communication from driver via text. He was on time and did a great job answering our requests for advice on where to eat, etc. This took away all our angst about arriving in the dark. Definitely would do this again.
