Our airport transfer...
Our airport transfer experience was excellent from start to finish! The driver was friendly, professional, and punctual, making our arrival to the hotel smooth and stress-free. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the driver was very accommodating and helpful with our luggage.

Not to be repeated
I booked an airport transfer and was told that someone would meet me in the airport with a sign (which never happened). I had to find the driver outside after waiting for him to arrive.
But the worst part was the vehicle/driving. I’m not sure if the car’s alignment was out of place or the driver was inexperienced, but he kept weaving close to the curb/barrier which made for a very scary ride. I will never use this company again.
事業者からの返答
Hi Katherine,
Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the experience you had with our airport transfer.
We are disappointed to hear that you were not met inside the airport as communicated and that you had to locate the driver yourself. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating this must have been. Your comments regarding the vehicle and the driver's driving are concerning as they are against our values which are safety and peace of mind.
We take this feedback seriously and will be reviewing the matter with the driver.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. Please reach out to us in the future so we can offer a free ride to own up to this.

Private minibus, Party of 7
Excellent service! Our driver was Andrew, and he was very responsive via WhatsApp prior to our arrival. We booked a private minibus round-trip from JNB, and it was very comfortable. Andrew was prompt, professional, and polite. I would highly recommend Sandton Taxis to international visitors and wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

10/10 felt very safe as a solo traveler
Highly recommend!! They met me right in the airport when I walked out of customs. The airport at Johannesburg is huge and overwhelming. I felt so comfortable and way less stressed having this set up, especially as a solo female traveler going to South Africa for the first time. Will absolutely use them again!
