Great 3 hour experience: making pizza dough, learning about different types of pizza, tasting foccacias, buildong and eating your own pizza. Gelato and good wine are just cherries on top. Stephania was absolutely lovely and charming chef teaching us. The results were delicious.

This was such a fun class. It was a little smaller so much less chaotic than normal. Our chef did such a great job of walking us through everything and explaining the ingredients and how we can make the same things when we go home. She also made the class just super nice and comfortable! The pizza was great. The gelato was delicious.
