Viator are not service oriented. Booked for 1.10pm no guide turned up an no refund. Found not clear in their promo material

This information was clearly stated in the tour description and booking inclusions at the time of purchase. We also worked with Viator's support team to review the situation and provided a refund as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, it was not possible to provide a private car and driver service for the amount paid under the selected package. We always strive to be transparent about what is included in each tour option and encourage travelers to carefully review the package details before booking. We had a half-day layover in Delhi, and this was a perfect way to spend our time here. We were met by our driver Sakil and our guide Riyaz at the airport and they took us to see the sites of both Old and New Delhi. Riyaz was very knowledgeable and personable, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide of this great city. 10 out of 10 stars, and I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
