最初の一口を味わいながら、オアハカの市場について学びながら、おいしい旅を始めましょう。私たちの食の旅は、オアハカの有名な 11 月 20 日市場での 2 つの素晴らしい一口から始まります。1 つは塩味、もう 1 つは甘味です。豊かな歴史で知られ、この街特有の伝統的なメキシコ料理、私たちの特製モレ ネグロを堪能します。オアハカのもう一つの独特のモレと一緒にお楽しみください。その後はチリ レジェーノなどです。
その後は、メルカド・フアレスを散策し、ケシージョや地元の甘いスナックなど、もう一度おいしい食べ物をいただきます。
ソカロを訪れて、スペイン以前の最高の飲み物であるテハテと甘いパン・デ・イェマをみんなで楽しんでください。

We had a wonderful food tour with Armando! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about Oaxaca’s food and culture. Visiting Mercado Benito Juárez was a highlight, and we loved trying authentic local specialties. Armando made the experience fun and memorable. Highly recommended!

Kicked off our 5-day family vacation in Oaxaca with Ricardo leading our food tour. We booked a public tour, but it ended up being private, which was particularly helpful for modifying for our group members' allergies and pescatarian diet. The tour was a great pace, beyond generous in portions, and a delightfully supportive way to ease into the markets and cuisine.

I had an amazing food tour in Oaxaca City with Armando as our guide. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about Oaxacan cuisine.
