They were on time , the driver was helpful and the vehicle was in good condition. They confirmed in advance by text and phone call.

Ok but not great. Driver was on time but provided no communication of his eta proper to arrival. So he should not be in an unfriendly mood while he has to wait for us to settle up at the bar before boarding the limo. There were no glasses in the limo. We asked the driver who did provide very high class dollar store red solo cups. Really? Limo stereo did not work. Blue tooth would not connect Spent half the ride trying and not relaxing. The limo inside was generally nice but the suspension was very old. NOT a smooth ride. The driver was often distracted by his phone or other devices. EYES on the ROAD please!!! So an ok ride but next time please spend a few bucks a fix your suspension. You can get much nicer plastic glass wear at the dollar store too. Seriously. Not impressed and mostly disappointed. Not hard to do much better. Good luck with that.

If you have a group of people this is the only way to travel in style. Wonderful hospitality with excellent attitudes, very affordable, comfortable and quick to respond to questions. Customer service was on point!
Great experience. Driver arrived early so I didn’t have to worry. Driver was a bit of an erratic driver but we arrived at JFK airport safely. Thank you Viator.

The guy who picked us up was in a mad hurry, he was running like not even in Naples I saw him do, with acceleration and braking to make us vomit... we had to stay firmly attached to the seats... also the guy was on the phone the whole time speaking Arabic I think... bad Service.

Great service! It was wonderful not having to worry about transport logistics at the end of our vacation. The company called me to confirm pick-up time and accounted for traffic as well as sufficient time to go through airport security. James (aka Jimmy) picked us up on time, the car was very clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth.
<p>Fabulous service provided by the transfer company. Isaac was very helpful and kept me updated with details of our drivers name and time of pick up. Would definitely use this service again.</p>
