The tour was fantastic! We tried food most of which we had never had before and explored Flushing like locals. We even went back to the supermarket after to keep browsing. Would absolutely recommend if you are looking for a tour that isn't a tourist trap.

Highly recommend
Very enjoyable food experience with lots of food to sample. Our tour guide Owen gave us a history of all the foods and a history of Flushing and the people living there.

Authentic and delicious!
Even though I was the only person who booked the tour, Owen was happy to go anyway, and the tour was both informative and delicious! Everything I ate was very new to me, and very authentic. The background history If Flushing and the Chinese community there was very interesting. Owen did a great job explaining the origins of everything I ate too.

Great tour!

A must do off the beaten path!
Owen was amazing as a tour guide. I needed to fill a couple of hours and booked this very last minute as the starting point happened to be four blocks from my hotel, and I saw it as a great opportunity to do something unique while in New York City! Owen was incredibly knowledgeable and actually adjusted his tour to fit my schedule because I only had an hour before I had to be at the U.S. Open and he accommodated me beyond my wildest streams by meeting me early and doing a private tour. The food was more than I could’ve eaten in two days worth so you definitely get your moneys worth, but beyond that it was authentic, which I’ve never had. I guess being used to City Chinese chains. I highly recommend this to see and learn a little bit of Asian history.!!
