We found Express Limo inc absolutely professional. Their drivers were prompt, reliable and courteous. Communication was top notch from start to finish of our holiday. Cars are absolutely spotless and spacious, such a relaxing way to be transferred from airport to hotel and vice versa. Highly recommended.

Great communication
Great communications both ways. We were delayed getting through terminal and customs but the instructions on where to pick up from were excellent. On return driver ready and waiting 10 mins before.

They should be on time
Overall it was a nice service but …. I was
supposed to meet the driver at one time and he arrived one hour late because of constructions, he said… okay I can understand but if the pick up time was 1:55, the driver should be on time. To add a note I requested to be picked up earlier, so I can do my check in at the airport.

Perfect service

Wonderful service
Utilized this business for a roundtrip airport transfer. Both our drivers, Patrick and Munir were punctual and personable. There is constant communication from the business regarding pickup times and the license plate of the vehicles.
I would definitely use them again next time I’m in NYC.

Great, safe transfer
We used these guys for transfer from JFK to Manhattan and they were awesome from the minute I booked. Great communication, messaged as soon as I landed, told me exactly where to meet the driver (who was fantastic) they messaged again the day before pick up and on the day to confirm all the details were correct and were on time with another brilliant driver. A great experience and I’ll use them again.

Horrible driver
Call these people unprofessional, rude, horrible. The one start is had on yelp is more accurate than trip advisor. Most probably they buy starts there. To begin with, the driver NEVER contacted me. I was not provided the driver and the car details until I asked for. Then I called the driver who had no idea what street he’s parked on (45th or 46th). He didn’t even make an effort to find out. After I pressured, then he asked someone. Instead of proceeding to the hotel pick up drop off zone, he just randomly parked in front of of the building across the street from the hotel but further down and was totally covered by yellow cabs. I kept telling him that I can’t see him, his response was ‘well I can see you’. Then he started yelling at me and not stop arguing without even letting me to open my mouth. After all this I notified the office that I’ll be filing a formal complaint. The response was “he, you can just tell me”. Hey?! Hey?! Is this how a limo service is charging double speaks to their customers ? Drivers yell and the officer calls you ‘Hey’. Do yourself a favor and save your money. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEIR SERVICES.
