Bikes were in good order and easy to use. Ben our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great way to see New York City. It did take nearly 4 hours so was quite tiring, but worth it.

The organisation of the tour was excellent, the guide was friendly and knowledgable and took us to some great places. We visited a lot of places and had regular stops to be given more local information as well as stopping for some lunch at a pizza store.

Superb. Private tour family of 4 Guide, bikes, Knowledge was superb. We had a 3 hour private tour which we designed with our guide to pick off our list & Aldo his recommendations. Superb- if you do anything in NYC do this 🤔

Although a beautiful day , having 15 people riding through the streets of NYC was neither interactive nor safe . Our guide did his best but the group was far too large .

Very disappointed with this bike tour. The bikes are not well maintained - chain came off twice while riding including one time while crossing car traffic in order to keep up the the large group of 12 riders. Also the seat was not tightened, and was loose causing the entire seat to lift up. I could not sit and had to bike most of the 3 hours by standing up. The tour guide had no bike tools to handle any kind of mechanical issues with the bike. A simple hex wrench could have fixed this issue. Poor management to send out tour guides with no tools. I sent multiple messages to them and never got a response. I give management a 1 out of 5 score for lack of follow up. Also, the group was too large and required riders to cross intersections on red lights to keep up. The guide appeared to have no sensitivity to this. Future groups should be limited to 7-8 max. Would not recommend this tour service to future customers. I recommend this one: nycadventurebiketours

A great ebike tour of impressive New York! We did the 5 bridges tour, super fun and varied. Good bikes too, with lots of electrical support. Our Guide Rick told very enthusiastically, and knew everything about the city!

NYC is crowded! Our guide Alex was great and very knowledgeable but the overall experience was mediocre, especially compared to other ebike tours we’ve done, too many people!!

Learning things about NYC. Plus the weather was perfect. Alex our guide was wonderful. That is all. Yes

The most memorable experience would be visitng historical sites that shaped the United States. Thank you John for explaining historical sites and keeping us safe.

A great cycling tour on Ebikes with our tour guide Bob. Just the two of us and a young architect from Colombia, we cycled through various parks and along the Hudson River with lots of stops for photos and information about the New York architecture we passed. The bikes were in very good order and the electric assistance useful for the very few gentle inclines. The weather was terrible, we all got soaked but it didn’t spoil our enjoyment of discovering part of New York you can’t see by far or bus. We had a welcome coffee spot to dry off and comfort stops when ever needed. Bob took lots of photos that he sent on to us later which were great mementos of our tour. Thank you Bob. We’d highly recommend this way of seeing New York
